What we collect
- Your account email (for sign-in and notifications).
- Your business profile: name, website, city/state, category, bio, and logo.
- Partnership activity: requests, messages, deliverables, and referrals you log.
- Basic analytics, including clicks on partner links served through the LocalRoot widget.
How we use it
- To match you with complementary local businesses.
- To send partnership requests, replies, and reminders by email.
- To show you referral traffic and partnership performance.
- To operate, secure, and improve the product.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run LocalRoot — Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and, when billing launches, Stripe (payments) — strictly to provide the service.
Your choices
You can edit your profile anytime in Settings. To export or delete your account and data, email hello@localroot.us and we'll take care of it.
Changes
We'll update this page as the product grows and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
